Summer Travel Course Application

NOTE: the deadline for MADRID has been extended until April 1. We are no longer accepting applications for Florence, Berlin, or Hawaii.

These courses are open to students of all NYU and non-NYU schools. Currently enrolled college students must be in good academic and disciplinary standing.

Programs fill on a rolling basis and may fill without notice. Students are encouraged to apply early, and only completed applications are reviewed.

Admission decisions are based on strength of academic performance, personal statement, and space remaining in the program.

Gallatin Dean’s Scholarship for Gallatin Travel Courses

For students currently enrolled at Gallatin: Limited scholarship funding is available for Gallatin’s winter and summer travel courses. To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be enrolled at Gallatin at the time of application
  • Good academic standing (GPA 3.0 or better; no grades of Incomplete)
  • Have a current FAFSA on file with the Office of Financial Aid and show unmet need
  • Minimum of half-time matriculation during the semester awarded (changes in the number of credits registered for during the semester may alter your award)

You will receive an email at your NYU email address indicating whether you have been awarded a Dean’s Scholarship. Final scholarship decisions will be made by November 7 for winter travel courses and by March 15 for summer travel courses.
